General Description:

Resources will support agile based application development activities including requirement analysis, functional design, and technical design as well as testing related activities across eligibility & enrollment, child welfare, child support, adult protective services, and juvenile services.

Duties:

1. Develops requirements for information systems from a project’s inception to conclusion. Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex systems.
2. Candidate should be able to develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment.
3. Must be capable of designing and executing IT software tests and evaluating results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Must be able to design and prepare all needed test data. Reviews test results and evaluates for conformance to design.
5. Candidate should be able to develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment.
6. Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test plan for validation.

Education Qualification:

General Experience:

• 8 years of experience as an analyst/tester on software projects in supporting requirement analysis, application test script development and execution.
• 5 years of experience in mapping the business and technical requirements into test cases and generate test scripts.
• 5 years of practical experience in using relational database and generating SQL scripts is required.
• 5 years of experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users.
• Should be able to triage change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training.
• Practical knowledge in manual and automated testing, 508 compliance, performance, UAT, Unit, regression and integration testing.
• Experience with automated testing and automated testing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
• Experience in testing Web application, Mobile application in a cross platform and browser environment.
• Experience in testing Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, JMeter and GitHub is required.
• Should be able to triage change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training.
• Experience working with web services and APIs preferred.

Special Qualifications (if any):

Duties:

1. In this role, individual will be the subject matter expert in a multi-tenant shared service platform services and integration.
2. Design, Develop and Document platform shared services, create integration standards and standard operating procedures.
3. Be a liaison between Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Security and Application development and Business teams in building solutions with platform services.
4. Define plan and roadmap for Application Onboarding to the platforms.
5. Build processes, roadmap, and standard guidelines for application onboarding and platform integration.
6. Lead operations of executing the cloud integration roadmap.
7. Develop, communicate and drive the short term goals and long-term strategic plans and objectives.
8. Work with multiple agency and application teams to identify, enable and deliver a scalable, secure, reliable and cost-effective cloud integration solution.
9. Establish the governance model for platform shared services model and cloud integration solutions.
10. Work closely with the security team and align on security compliance around integration solutions.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

General Experience:

1. At least Ten (10) years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems.
2. At least five (5) years of the required ten (10) years of experience must be in the direct supervision and management of major projects that involve providing professional support services and/or the integration, implementation and transition of large complex system and subsystem architectures.
3. Must have led or been chief architect in major IT implementation efforts. Must demonstrate a broad understanding of client IT environmental issues and solutions and be a recognized expert within the IT industry.
4. Must demonstrate advanced abilities to team and mentor and possess demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
5. At least five (5) years of experience leading the solution architecture and development of large scale cloud applications with technologies and tools such as Java/J2EE, Micro Services, RESTful API’s, Integration with Shared Services such as Identity and Access Management, API Gateway, PostgreSQL and Big Data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience Architecting large scale cloud solutions in AWS cloud platform.
2. Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including configuration management, change management, LDAP, DNS, data protection, systems monitoring, and log management (SIEM).
3. Understanding of application security architecture – ports, protocol, encryption, certificate etc.

Duties:

1. Review and evaluate the existing data sources and analyze the conversion steps required.
2. Design, develop, revise, and maintain SQL scripts, code, and queries for data translation, conversion, and reporting.
3. Convert existing data, using ETL processes, creating queries and scripts to manipulate the data into the format needed.
4. Conduct system testing and provide trouble-shooting to quickly and accurately find solutions to resolve issues.
5. Provide post conversion issue resolution, inefficiencies and/or recommendations for existing process changes.

Education Qualification:

Specialized Experience:
